QS Reimagine Education Awards celebrates its 12th edition of recognising innovative initiatives and approaches that enhance learning outcomes and employability. We focus on the future of learning, the future of universities and the future of work, sustainability in education and values. We appreciate your interest in becoming a judge and invite you to complete this short application. The call for judges closes on July 31st, 2025.
If selected as a judge, a judges account will be created allowing you to upload your photo and bio which will be published to our Judges page. All judges are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement since some of the information shared in the applications may be sensitive and/or confidential. As a judge, you will evaluate a minimum of ten projects in your area of expertise during either the first round of evaluation, which determines the shortlisted projects, or the second round of evaluation, which determines the bronze, silver, or gold winners in each award category. A distinguished Grand Jury comprised of over 50 internationally recognised experts will select two outstanding winners for the Global Education Award (cash prize of US$25,000), and the Global EdTech Award (Cloud credits valued at US$25,000).
The first and second judging rounds will take place between early September until mid-October. You can expect to have a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of three weeks to judge your projects.
Judges will be distinguished and renowned as:
- An educator
- Educational technology professional
- Government educational policy worker
- Educational journalist, and/or
- Academic researcher specialising in the field of education
Judges will be entitled to:
- A 50% discount on the full pass to the in-person QS Reimagine Education Conference, London, December 2025
- Global visibility through being featured on the Reimagine Education website
- Access to Reimagine Education network
- Judges will receice a blockchain e-badge and e-certificate (suitable to be shared on Linkedin) showcasing their role upon successful completion of the evaluation
